Welcome to the 228 Club!

Established in 1980, the 228 Club is a non-profit, self supporting group of individuals dedicated to helping people who suffer from the disease of addiction. We look forward to celebrating our 45th anniversary of continuous operation on December 24, 2025. We pride ourselves on providing a safe, friendly, and caring fellowship!

“Rarely have we seen a person fail who has thoroughly followed our path.”

Our Mission Statement:

The 228 Club seeks to be a lighthouse of hope for those struggling with alcohol and drug addiction. We promote sobriety by hosting recovery meetings and sober events in a dedicated safe and sober gathering place. In addition, we offer materials and assistance to those new in recovery and serve to help those committed to maintaining their sobriety.

“One day at a time.”
